Agent: Great — we do a lot of kitchen projects. Can I ask what you're thinking — full remodel or more of an update?

Agent: Love it. And when are you looking to start?

Agent: That's very doable. And do you have a budget range in mind — even approximate?

Agent: Perfect. That helps me direct you to the right estimator. And one more thing — will you be living in the house while the work is happening?

Agent: Okay, we'll plan around that. Are you working with an architect or do you want us to handle the design?

Agent: That's actually great. We can work from that. Here's what I'd like to do — get Jake on a call with you this week. He's our lead estimator for kitchens and he'll walk through your sketches, give you an honest sense of what's feasible in that budget. No commitment. And at the end we'll have a fixed scope document so you know exactly what you're getting. Does that sound good?

Agent: Hi Kevin, this is Sarah with Summit Electric. Following up on the proposal we sent over — is now a still a good time?

Agent: I totally understand. And I want to make sure you have everything you need to feel good about it. Can I ask — was there anything in the proposal that was confusing or raised questions?

Agent: Sure. Can I address the cost side for a second? That panel is the same model that's in most of the homes in your neighborhood — we've done 40 of them. Parts availability is solid, and our labor warranty is two years on top of the manufacturer's five. So you're really covered for seven years on labor and product together. And once that permit is pulled, you'll have a panel that's good for another 30 years. Honestly, the clients who waited — most of them wished they hadn't.

Agent: Here's what I can do. If we get you booked by Thursday, I'll include the permit fee in the quote. That saves you about eight hundred dollars right there. And we have a slot Tuesday morning — next available. How about we lock that in?
